1. DOOR COMES UP HALF WAY AND GETS STUCK

A. The force on your opener might need adjusting and the opener will need to be lubricated.
B. The door might not be balanced so it is putting undo stress on your opener.

2. DOOR CLOSES WITH REMOTE BUT WON'T OPEN

A. The batteries in your remote might need to be replaced.
B. The receiver might be sending a weak signal; you might have to replace your receiver.

3. DOOR HITS THE GROUND THEN BOUNCES BACK UP

A. The limit switch has probably gone bad.

4. DOOR OPENS BY ITSELF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT

A. You might have a stuck button on your remote.
B. The wall button might be stuck.
C. There might be a short in the wiring.

5. MY DOOR SEEMS HEAVY

A. You probably need to have the door balanced, and the tension reset on the springs.
